Conditions for Exchange :

To be eligible for an exchange:

• The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
  
  
• The exchange must be made at the time of delivery, as no later exchanges will be accepted.
  
  

Important Notes : 

• To confirm your order, a deposit of 200 EGP is required.
  This amount will be deducted from your total payment upon delivery.
  Please note that the deposit is refundable in case of cancellation or refusal of the order. 
  
  
• Shipping fees are non-refundable.
  
  
• Exchange requests after delivery will not be accepted.
